This
tram was produced for the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as
part of their InvestEd financial‑literacy campaign. The bright green
livery with “ASK FIRST” / “A$K FIR$T” branding was used in real life on
full‑size trams around Hong Kong to encourage the public to learn
before investing. This model replicates that campaign tram.
I believe it was issued in 2009.
