Two-axle Volvo B9TL/Wrights Gemini 2 |
The first two-axle Wrights Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL For Kowloon Motor Bus was spotted at Heysham Docks by Alistair Liddle on 11th July 2010. Having crossed the Irish Sea, from the Wrights factory at Ballymena, it was about to embark on its next stage of its journey to Southampton Docks, ready for its final leg to Hong Kong, where it arrived on 21st/22nd August. | |

The bus was registered on 22nd December 2010 as PP 9062 and allocated fleet number AVBWS1 | |
|
|
|
|
|
|
It
briefly entered service in February 2011, but for technical reasons,
was taken out of service soon afterwards. |
