Waiting for me upon my return from holiday was the latest edition of Bus Focus (No. 54), the magazine from Bus Fan World.

My thanks to GK9636 for providing me with photographs of two actual buses modelled by Creative Master Northcord. The first is the recently announced special commissioned model for Hang Zhou Bus (cnbus0001) and the second is Volvo B7R/Sunwin in the new colours of Shanghai Shen Xin Bus Service (cnbus1009).

An unusual and unexpected released in Hong Kong today is this unpainted Cars Workshop Volvo B9TL/Volgren (39502SD). Described as 'Buses in the process of completion' it is limited to just 72 pieces. It is retailing for HK$318.

Due for release tomorrow in Hong Kong are the Citybus and New World First Bus 'Year of the Pig' liveried Dennis Dragons from Model Bus Evolution. Citybus No. 832 is believed to be on route 789 to Admiralty whilst NWFB No. DA95 is believed to be on route 905 to Lai Chi Kok.

Now available in Hong Kong is this qb model from Jotus.com. Commissioned by the Hong Kong Transport Society, it features Dennis Condor DA92, the last air-conditioned Dennis Condor for China Motor Bus. It is on route 106 to Wong Tai Sin and is limited to 2,000 pieces. Further photographs will be added shortly.
