Tramric Product & Design has designed and will shortly be launching a 2R Magnet Frame (with stand). The product is named 'Out Best Moment with Hong Kong Tramways'; it allows customer to put photographs of their special memories into the frame, which is magnetised or can be placed on a table using the built in stand. 31st March 2012

Set for release in Hong Kong tomorrow is the New World First Bus Alexander ALX500 bodied Dennis Trident (38506/20035). Fleet No. 1039 (HX703) is on route 798 to Fo Tan and is limited to 1,388 pieces.
The Bus Fan World Wrights Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL (92102) is to be released on Saturday and a new page and further photographs have now been added. 29th March 2012

Birmingham in November 2010, which was registered on 26th March.

KMB Dennis Dragon S3N354 is the latest of the non air-con buses to receive a banner advert marking the end of non air-con operation. TranSportCulture.com has sponsored the advert.
Meanwhile sister vehicle S3N358 carries a bold orange livery and features WorldVision banner advertising. My thanks to regular contributor Philip Chan for the above photographs, both of which were taken today. 25th March 2012

An unexpected release which goes on sale tomorrow is this New World First Bus Alexander Dennis Enviro500 (20036). Fleet no 5537 is a Euro V engined example on route 948 to Tsing Yi. Produced by 80M it is limited to 1,388 pieces.
The Bus Fan World 'vintage' liveried Kowloon Motor Bus Volvo B9TL, AVBWS1, is expected to be released shortly.
I have received a good selection of photographs of Ocean Park's latest attraction, 'Old Hong Kong', and I hope to add these just as soon as time allows.

More real bus news dominates today's update (perhaps the site's name should be changed to just Oriental Buses!). My thanks to CK Chow for sending me photographs of preserved Kowloon Motor Bus AEC Regent Mk V fleet no. A19 (AD4807) at Ocean Park. The bus was driven by KMB mechanics from Kowloon Bay Depot to Ocean Park today, (the tow truck followed - just in case!) where it will form part of a static display in a new zone entitled 'Old Hong Kong'. Other transport related exhibits in this new zone include tram no. 201 and some rickshaws. The Kowloon Motor Bus Wrights Gemini 2 bodied two-axle Volvo B9TL, set for release tomorrow, is a product of Cars Workshop (92101).
My thanks to BusMe for providing an update on the Kowloon Motor Bus Dennis Dragon carrying BusMe banner advertising. It is fleet no. S3N361 (GA6479) and is likely to be found on routes around East Kowloon. The message features three cartoon bus fans saying 'Salute to Hot Dog Bus'. In conjunction with t.680 creation, they have launched three new products, which are in addition to their T-shirt and iPhone case which were launched recently. The three new products are:- Cap, featuring 'Goodbye Hotdog Bus 2012' icon Badge, 2 images, featuring 'Goodbye Hotdog Bus 2012' icon and a bus head drawing with Chinese 'Salute to Hot Dog Bus' Prices are as displayed in the above poster and overseas orders are welcome through their e-mail address.USB Flash Drive 4 GB with box, the design is key-like and carries all the messages and images 10th March 2012

Real buses,
both old and new, dominate todays update..........
A sight than will soon be destined to history - Tim Moore managed to capture these two non air-con Dennis Dragons in service last week - S3N360 on route 42 and S3N332 on route 30X. Further photographs have been added to the section.
My thanks to Vincent Chong for sending me photographs of one of KMB's latest new buses, Wrights bodied Volvo B9TLs AVBWU238, which was registered on 1st March, as detailed below. These have been added to the

the site.

the Alexander bodied Scania N113 (AS1) on route 300.
