Gundam fever appears to be hitting Hong Kong, with several buses having received promotional liveries. Among these are Kowloon Motor Bus Enviro500NGs ATENU365 (top), ATENU409 (middle) and ATENU469 (bottom). ATENU450 also carries a similar livery.

Model bus collectors appear to be catered for as well with the shop2gather.com website confirming several models will be issued, some possibly with dioramas, and one single-decker.

And talking of dioramas, the Cars Workshop website announces the forthcoming release of these.

Details of new books has been very sparce of late, but two recent publications are shown below.

'Kowloon Motor Bus 80 Years - Part Two' covers the period 1981-2013 and provides a detailed introduction to the KMB passenger service fleet for the period. This hardback book has plenty of photographs and articles in the 276 pages and the text is in Chinese - it also includes a fleet list. Edited by Dominic Kung and Koo Yuet Wai, it is published by OverGround Publishing.

Today's arrivals in Hong Kong
4th July 2015

I am presently struggling to find the time necessary to keep the site updated with all the latest news, both model and real, and must also apologise for the delay in responding to recent e-mails, the number of which have increased significantly of late.

I am extremely grateful to receive e-mails and photographs on both, but at present my priority is to focus on updating the model pages, especially those in the resin section. I will attempt to continue reporting on any major 'real' bus developments.

Thanks also to Dennis for providing a large number of photos of the Fulltech models issued in April, one of which is pictured above. More will be added shortly.

And finally, the Currency Converter on the 'Information' page has been removed - if this is a major issue, please e-mail me and I will seek to reinstate the facility - if not, then I won't!!
