A further version of the resin AK Classic Albion Viking EVK41XL is set for release on 6th March (AK3303). It features L265 on route 76 to Un Long. The above model is a pre-production sample and carries an incorrect registration, AR7738, which is to be rectified to read AR7746 on the productions models.
The Hong Kong Transport Society Bus Rally took place yesterday with clear blue skies and a new page has been added to the  section of the

Citybus has taken delivery of some new 12.8 metre 'facelift' ADL Enviro500s featuring a larger luggage area, allocating the batch fleet nos 65xx. 6501/2/4/5/6 were registered yesterday and entered service today.
Released today in Hong Kong is KMB ATENU1 (KLE15038) - a new page and further photographs have now been added.
New pages have now been added for the four P&T Model resin China Motor Bus Guy Arab 'UF', namely:- B0044-1
- Fleet no. 606 (HK4808) on route 1 to Happy Valley
B0044-2 - HK4812 on route 2 to Cleverly St B0044-8A - HK4227 on route 8A to Chai Wan (Shan Ha St.) B0044-10 - Fleet no. 616 (4113) on route 10 to North Point. The total quantity for all four models is 500 pieces. 20th

Following on from yesterday's news of the two resin Albion Viking models, the above is a diecast model of the same type, produced by D-Toys (11005). It features L248 (AR7729) on route 85 to Tai Wai and is limited to 280 pieces. It was released on 6th February. A new page will be added shortly.
Kowloon Motor Bus have announced its intention to re-configure its bus fleet, part of which will see around 40 single-deck buses sold.
It is believed that KMB's sole MCV bodied VDL DB300, AMC1, is set to be withdrawn. 18th

The first batch of New Lantao Bus Year of the Monkey liveried MAN A95 was released today (63201), these being for pre-orders.
KMB's Yutong single-deck demonstrator, AYT1 (TB3420) was withdrawn from service today.
Following on from yesterday's photograph of MTR Bus 320, the above photograph confirms there are several more awaiting registration - a new page for these Wrights Gemini bodied Volvo B9TLs has just been added to the section of the

Following yesterday's news on the release of a Daikin liveried Enviro500, I have now received photographs of the actual model and a new page has just been added (84002).
Recently registered 11.3 metre Wrights Gemini bodied Volvo B9TLs for MTR Bus are fleet numbers 319 and 320, both of which were noted operating route 506 today.
This photograph, taken today at Tsing Yi Bus Terminus, shows the evolution of the Alexander bodywork - from left to right detailing fleet number, body type and date registered:- ATE108 (Enviro500) Nov 2003, 3ASV210 and 3ASV307 (ALX500) Sep 2001 and Jan 2002, ATENU99 (Enviro500 'new generation') Sep 2013 and 3ATENU34 ('facelift' Enviro500) Feb 2016.
The registration by Kowloon Motor Bus of 12.8 metre 'facelift' Enviro500s continues at pace, 3ATENU42 being the latest and noted operating on route 279X today. 14th

catching up with news for this past week, I can confirm
that two diecast models of KMB Albion Victor VT17AL with Baco
bodywork have been released by APEC, a new name in the model market.
The first features HK4516 on route 16B to Kwai Chung (38806)
whilst
the second is a driver training vehicle, AX3283 (38807). Each is
limited to 250
pieces. In addition, an Albion Viking EVK41XL has also been issued (11005) featuring AR7729 on route 85, also limited to 250 pieces.
A surprise release in Hong Kong today was this Daikin liveried Alexander Dennis Enviro500 (84002). It carries no fleetnames or registration numbers and is on route 118. It is limited to 700 pieces. My thanks to Samuel Ma for allowing me to share his photograph of his model that he has modified to represent Citybus 8190 on route 182.
