Model No. 43218, the KCRC Olympian appeared in the shops on 23rd December, along with Model No. 44502, the Duple Metsec Trident in Cityflyer livery.

Planned releases for the early part of 1999 have just been announced, and are as follows:-
    Model No. 43218 - Kowloon & Canton Railway Company Leyland Olympian with the old style livery of grey/white and red. This was the planned livery of Model No. 43202, and is as shown in the July-December 1997 catalogue.
       
    New World First Bus - Leyland Olympian.

    A re-release of a Volvo Olympian in KMB white/red livery, Fleet No AV338, route no 80M, similar to Model No. 43201.

    KMB - "Year of the Rabbit" (no other details).

    KMB - Trident in champagne gold.

    New World First Bus - Volvo Olympian (second version).

    New World First Bus - Volvo Olympian (third version).
