Sadly, the 80M Bus Model Shop in the historic Western Market in Sheung Wan, a Grade I listed heritage site, closed its doors yesterday. The whole market is closing at the end of this week for a two-year renovation project, requiring all tenants to vacate.

I was fortunate to visit the shop, after hours, during my visit last November, and here are a few of my memories! My thanks, as always to Mr Kwok of 80M Bus Model Shop for not only inviting me to his shop, but also for his 25 years of supporting this site by sending me quality photographs.
