Exclusive First Editions (EFE)
 
January 1997 saw the first Hong Kong bus issued by Exclusive First Editions, a Daimler Fleetline with Metsec bodywork in the livery of KMB (18004). Subsequent releases  have either been commissioned by the Hong Kong bus companies themselves, or the Hong Kong Transport Society, and each has been offered to subscribers of the EFE newsletter.

I have attempted to fill the gaps in the table below by requesting the missing information from EFE, but unfortunately no response was received, so if you are able to help, please contact me.
