The model included many of the new features found on the Collector's Model range with the following extras:-
opening engine compartment with an engine inside, some of the windows modelled in the open position, two sub-frames to hold the steering mechanism and engine in the model, two screws to take the model apart, guard rails fitted behind the windows, interior features include a 'money box' and the seating units are correctly modelled, a separate steering wheel and poseable front wheels.

The first release, LF 18, came in two variations, 1,000 with black wheels, the remaining 3,000 with cream. Soon after this model, two further releases were announced (October 1999), again based on the the 'Jumbo', but with casting changes. These two models, LF 107 and LF 108 came in the experimental red and cream livery of CMB.

The Leyland Victory 2 was the next vehicle to be modelled (November 1999), and this carries the attractive red and yellow livery of New Lantao Bus. Further castings included Dennis Jubilants, Short Fleetlines, various 12-metre MCW Metrobuses, Ailsa-Volvos, a CMB MCW Metrorider, a rebuilt CMB Guy Arab, Guy Arab Long Dragon single deckers, and several vintage single-deck buses including a Thorneycroft 'Cygnet', a Tilling-Stevens and a Leyland Lion PLSC. It will be noted that predominantly China Motor Bus vehicles were modelled, presumably as licences were much easier to obtain than from the bus companies still operating.

Unfortunately, no new models have been released since July/August 2001, and it is believed that each partner has gone their separate way. The last model announced by ABC, but which was never released, was the CMB Guy Arab water bowser. This model was subsequently released in February 2002 by both Ox Models and Best Choose.

Names believed to have been derived from one 'half' of ABC Models include Britbus, AsianBus, Ox Transport Models and Base Toys whilst Best Choose is believed to have emerged from the other 'half'.
